Cherry Creek Courtyard
This contemporary urban courtyard had serious storm drainage problems. Drainage pipes were laid to carry the runoff away from the building. Brick pavers were selected to match the existing architecture of the building and courtyard walls. An upper terrace was designed for outside dining with connecting stairs to the lower patio. Integrated with the stairway is a formal glass-tiled waterfall and pond. New trees soften the courtyard and provide essential shade while lighting highlights the stairway, and waterfall.
