Founded in 1984, Colorado Preservation, Inc. is the non-profit organization that promotes historic preservation in Colorado by providing information, education, training, expertise, and advocacy. They partner with historic property owners, non-profit organizations, educators, and local governments throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
Again in late August, Channel 9 in Denver has featured sustainable art in the landscape, and prominently, that of Art of the Land. Founder and Principal Nancy Eastman creates pieces that accent areas while providing habitat for birds.
One of Denver and Colorado’s top tourist attractions, the Denver Botanic Gardens, is a real treasure. Rankings of the top U.S. Botanic Gardens always put it right at the top. Worldwide recognition flourishes, too.
The June issue of the on-line magazine Total Landscape Care will feature Art of the Land’s “Hillside Terrace”, an award winning project in the Denver area’s Applewood neighborhood.
